I hope this finds you all doing well. Spring is just around the corner now. The weather is getting warmer daily, with just a few more cold spells to go. Today it was nice enough to enter into a few bee hives. I got stung once on the finger, ill survive. I hope to be able to keep that up so we end up with honey at the end of the honey flow.

We are getting ready for spring planting and look to hold a few work days. I’ll let you know when we need you but hope you are ready to play in the dirt.

I hope this finds you all doing well.
Spring seems the be right around the corner. Don’t be fooled we still have plenty of time for some more chilly weather. Mean while on the farm we have a few more hog shares available along with some fantastic braising greens, tasty spinach and some first class mushrooms.
I know Taylorganic has some great vegtables to.
Mix the lit with some water buffalo from Carrell Farm and a d a pound cake for a great desert.
The market is open till 8 pm on Wednesday.

I hope this finds you all doing well. The crazy weather has taken its toll on two high tunnels on Taylorganic farm this week. Order up his produce so we can help him pay to replace them.

The half hog shares are in and ready for delivery. Each share is about 80lbs or fantastic looking meat. The cuts look fantastic. This will stock your freezer for a few months. You will get bacon, sausage, pork chops, tenderloin roast, ribs, Boston butts, shoulder roast, hams, jowls, hocks and more.

Remember the market is open till Wednesday at 8 pm. We will see you Saturday at your selected location.

I hope this finds you all doing well. The new pork is here. You can order up a half hog or one of many different cuts. We would also like to welcome our newest provider Java Genesis. JavaGenesis Coffee Roasting is a small batch craft roaster of specialty coffee. We source our coffee from the major growing regions around the world. All of our coffee will be roasted within 24-48 hours of the market to ensure our product is at peak freshness when it is delivered to you. Choose a trio of our 2 ounce sample size, a full pound bag or a 5 pound bag and ‘Discover the Fresh Roast Difference’.

Would you like to have your coffee ground for a Keurig, a French Press or another brew method? No problem! Include a comment with your order or send me an email at javagenesis@gmail.com to let me know how you would like you coffee ground.

Please remember to have your orders placed by 8 pm on Wednesday and we will see you on Saturday at your selected delivery location. Please remember we have multiple spots for deliver on Saturday so we need to be able to stop for 30 minuets or less.

I hope this finds you all doing well. Winter marches on and as it does so do the winter vegetables. Taylorganic has some nice greens, lettuce, sweet potatoes and more.
We also have some great meats listed. Double B Farm is offering pigs shares. They will be processed on January 27 and ready for delivery by February 7. They can be cut anyway you like. We can also provide you with a suckering pig up to 200lbs. Your choice.
The market is open till Wednesday @ 8pm. We will be delivering orders on Saturday starting at 9 am at your selected delivery location.

Taylorganic has lots of veggies available. Don’t for get to order you grass feed water buffalo. We tried some this week it was great.

I hope this finds you all doing well. I sure hope everyone had a great holiday season. This year is setting up to be an exciting year. The weather is going to try and shake the weak a bit. We anticipate loosing a few greens. Hopefully most of the winter stuff will hold on. Looks like lots of goodies for the pigs and chickens.
