I hope this finds you all doing well. My heart sank as I hit the little weather app on my phone to see 34 degrees Tuesday morning. I spent the last two days playing in the dirt. I planted beans, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, field peas, cucumbers and buckwheat for the bees. Only to discover we are not quite done with winter.

Wish me luck, that kind of time and energy have been hard to come by.

We have some nice hams for your Easter Sunday dinner. Order up and enjoy. Some are 10lbs. We also have one beautiful hog share available.it weighs in at about 80lbs. It comes with cops, tenderloin roast, shoulder roast, ham, Boston butt, bacon, fat, ribs, sausage an more.

We appreciate all your support. Please remember to have your orders placed by 8 pm on Wednesday. We will see you on Saturday at your selected delivery location.

Thank you,
Brady

I hope this finds you all doing well. We finally got a but of rain out here. We need a little more. It looks promising. We are also looking forward to our next potential frost. I hope it’s the last. We will start transplanting tomatoes at the end of the week. If you are interested please come out.

I wanted to let everyone know the hog shares are ready for delivery or you can reserve yours from the next round. We have one ready to deliver this week or you can reserve one in the early May run. We will also be delivering 2 goats. I expect 100-125 lbs of meat from the goats. They were castrated very young and allowed to grow slowly over a years time. I will list them as soon as they are ready.

Thank you all for your support, we appreciate every order, every time.

We will see you Saturday at your selected delivery location and please remember to share us with a friend.

Thank you,
Brady.

Available for Saturday April 5

I hope this finds you all doing well. I don’t see any scheduled freezes or overly low temps for next week so we may just be over winter. I know I am over it. My garden certainly is.
Anything still growing from winter may be just about over to. As the temps warm those plants have a tendency to bolt. My spring stuff is bairly visible. Thanks to Neil I will be able to transplant some stud this week. I am heade oh to my shop to pot up tomatoes so we will be ready with them as soon as we stop hitting 45 and lower, that tends to slow their growth.

Anyway order up. We have lots of veggies and pork available. Also if you are ready to reserve your next hog share please go so so. We are planning our next trip to be towards te end of April. I have one @175 and three at about 160. Another 30 days and they will all be ready, if you want to reserve a hog just put tht in your comments since we still have 2 shares currently available.

Thank you for all your support and remember I share us with a friend.

We will see you on Saturday between 9-10 at your selected delivery location.

Thank you,
Brady

I hope this finds you all doing well. Finally looks like we may be on an upward climb with the weather. I am sure we will keep dipping down for the next few weeks but I think we are gonna make it. What a winter. We have gotten away without one for years but it got us this time. Most every thing we had on the farm this winter didn’t fair well. We have started planting for the spring but are behind. With any luck we will be up and growing in no time.

We do have some great mixed greens, shiitake, pork and eggs. We hope you would enjoy some this week. Doug’s salmon filled the freezer with halibut, smoked salmon and 5lb bags of salmon. This is gonna be the last till they return this fall. They are heading back to alaska in about 4 weeks. Taylorganic has lots of veggies for you to enjoy along with a plethora of other products

We will see you Saturday from 9-10 at your selected location. Please share us with a friend. We appreciate all your support.

Thank you,
Brady
