Yes, the market is open. Sorry for the delay. We had an exciting graduation party for my two sons yesterday. We had a nice pig roast, with lots of fresh veggies and a huge cake.
We were able to get our pigs to the processor last week and get them picked back up. So we have lots and lots of fresh pork. We have everything from ground pork, hot and mild sausage, ribs, thick and thin sliced ham, shoulder roast and more. The bacon takes an additional 10 days so look for that later.
With the temps rising we will see the greens start to drop off so order up.

Thank you all for your support. We appreciate every order. I ask that you please remember when you order I pay the farmers for their products. If you don’t pick up it cost me, not the farmer.
The market is open from Monday to Wednesday and pick up is on the following Saturday at your selected market; Brookhaven Farmers Market, Piedmont Green Market or the Sandy Springs Farmers Market.

Thank you all for your support,
Brady

I hope this finds you all doing well. Good news, I didn’t break my ankle, just a real bad sprain. I have lots of bruising and swelling but no breaks. I’ll be in a boot for 2-4 weeks. With that said we have a new date for the pigs. They will be delivered to the processor next Monday. That will shift everything back a few weeks. It will also just add a few more pounds, making for bigger chops and more sausage.

I was able to check on my garden in Danielsville. The potatoes are doing great. They are 12" and taller. I hope to be able to hill them this week. The greens are also doing well this season. They are a bit thinner than I had hoped but got plenty to pick so please order up. I just got my next feed delivery and the bill is large.

We also hope to have peas this week. If we do I’ll bring then to the market on Saturday. They are snow peas. The pods are filling out. Hopefully by Friday so I can pick them for Saturday.
We will see you on Saturday at your selected delivery location.
Thank you for all your support and please remember to share us with a friend,

Saturday market

Horrible news folks, while loading pigs this evening I slipped and fell. I am not certain but am pretty sure I broke my right ankle. I will head in for X-rays in the morning. I am openeing the market but not sure what I can offer this week.

Needless to say the pigs aren’t going to make a trip in this week. Hopefully we can have them delivered next week.

Thank you,
Brady

I hope this finds you all doing well. I think we are officially on our way to the hot hazy days of summer. We had a wonderful weekend and I only expect the weather to continue to be great. We got a sprinkle as we finished planting another 200+ tomato plants. My good buddy from Taylorganic picked up sweet potato slips and hit peppers for me. I think ill head over early to grab them and get them in the ground. We are starting to see our other stuff pop up. I can only be hopeful about the this season.

For those a interested we have hog shares listed and will have chevon in a few weeks. We will deliver them next Monday with an expected delivery the following week. Please order up.

We appreciate all your support. Please remember to have your orders placed by 8 pm on Wednesday. We wills we you in Saturday at your selected delivery location.
