We have defiantly had some interesting weather. My garden is not use to the swings. We have everything available however some have been kissed by the frost, many times. The spinach is outstanding. We also have plenty of pork for the week. We were able to get the bacon picked up last week. It is very good but limited supply.

We will see you on Saturday at your selected delivery location between 9-10. Thank you for all your support and please share us with a friend.

Thank you,

I hope this finds you all doing well. While the calendar still reads fall the weather begs to differ. Last weeks hard freeze did some damage. It didn’t wipe anything out but it did burn lists of leaves. It all will recover but it’s gonna take some time.
We have lots of great pork. I even have 1/2 a hog ready for delivery to go along with a garden full of now frosted vegtables.

Please remember to have your orders placed by 8pm on Wednesday and we will see you between 9-10 am on Saturday at your selected delivery location.

I hope this finds you all doing well. I love the fall. It is my favorite time a year to grow produce. It just seams to be easier. Plant it, water it and it grows. This week in the market seems to prove my point.
This week we have micro beets, baby arugula, baby chard, mustard, turnips, baby kale, poc choi, baby radishes, mizuna, lettuce, Jerusalem artichoke, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms.
We will also have a few more hog shares. They we be brought to the processor on the 21 and ready for deliver by November 1.

Doug restocked the freezer with new salmon and halibut. He also added two different smoked salmons. They are fantastic.

Remember to have your orders place by 8pm on wednesday. We will see you on Saturday at your selected deliver location.
