I hope this finds you all doing well. What a nice weekend. It is ending with a chill. Looks like we will be cold for a few days.
The gardens are looking great. We have lots of wonderful greens to choose from. Lots of turnips, radishes, kohlrabi, kale chard and more. The onions are even starting to take off. We will start to dig out Jerusalem Artichoke this week, pick more mushrooms and even take a bit more honey.
We are going to try and head up for some milk this week.
Remember you have at least 21 meals to plan for this week, 28+ if you include your snacks. We hope some of your selections come from our efforts. We enjoy being your farmers.
